stamping pdf

Hi. Our company just bought another company and we are incorporating
all there data. I need to write a program in vb 6.0 or vb.net that
will open all there pdf's and put a stamp on them. Each stamp will be
different. I'm having a hell of a time opening pdf's then stamping
them. I have adobe acrobat or pdf995 at my disposal. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
