outlook contactitem and distribution list

hi all,

i am writing a application that accesses outlook using
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.Application

i need to extract all contacts from contact folder. but i dont want the
distributionlist items to be included.
how can i distinguish between normal contact and distribution list.

i m working on outlook2003, visual studio .net 2003.
