Strange warnings when compiling

VS.2005

I have always the following strange warning-message !
Where comes it from ?
Which module cauese the warning?

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Micr osoft.Common.targets : warning : The type library importer could not convert the signature for the member 'SPWORD.pFirstWordPronunciation'.

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Micr osoft.Common.targets : warning : At least one of the arguments for 'SpInProcRecoContext.GetAudioOptions' cannot be marshaled by the runtime marshaler. Such arguments will therefore be passed as a pointer and may require unsafe code to manipulate.
