My name is Darren Brook. I am an independent freelance software developer
currently available for work.

I have over 14 years verifiable experience in I.T. and have a successful,
proven track record of delivering high-quality, low-maintenance solutions
on-time and to budget.

I have worked on systems from start-to-finish - from drafting the first
requirements documents, through design, coding, testing, to a complete
handover, including user guides and training.

Other projects I have worked on include migrating systems and data from one
platform to another, most commonly migrating legacy systems to newer
platforms and technologies.

I have worked in a variety of business domains and as such, this has given
me a wide business knowledge that I can draw upon and bring to the table.

Some of my own technical skills include: Visual Basic, SQL Server, Crystal
Reports, VB.Net, VBA, MS-Access, ASP, SQL, COM, ADO, DAO, RDO, HTML, XML,
OOD/OOP/OOA, SSADM, UML, C and more.
