I have a simple Readme.txt file that I would like to include at the last
minute, when my VB.NET 2005 app is Published.
Everything I've tried simply adds the file at Design-time, therefore
only containing the information at the instant that I included it.
The problem with this is I often need to adjust the Readme.txt file just
before Publishing, and the version added in the Resources isn't re-read
so I first have to Delete it from the Resources and then re-load it.
(Resources>Files>Add Resource>Add Existing File...)
Anyone know how to make VB.NET 2005 "include" or "update" the file only
when the app is Published?
