Loading external EXE files

I am trying to load external assemblies that are exe files. I need some
help creating an appdomain and loading the assembly. I also want to execute
a function on the external assembly to pass over the users logged in
credentials. I also want to load this assembly as an child window in an MDI
application. I need to load it using a new appdomain because it need to
unload the appdomain and to update the program. Any code would be great.
Thanks.
