MSMAPI, or one of its dependencies, was not found

My boss tried to run my program on his pc and use the send mail
functionality and got this message. It works for me. I don't
understand what the problem would be. The program was built and then
the contents of the obj/Release folder were copied to a network drive
and both him and I run it from there.

This is fixed but as always there might be a new problem. I'll have to
do more investigating and I'll repost if needed.
