Help with Hidd_GetAttributes

The Hidd_GetAttributes function does not return the information to me of my
device USB (they pen drive). It returns all 0.
GetLastError returns code 50.
Use XP SP2 and VB.net 2005
Some idea?
Thanks!

PS: CreateFile works OK
