As you know do I write this as well forever. There is one exception.
If the program is only used in one organisation which has this as rule.
(Although in my idea they can than spent there time better, therefore those
rules are mostly temporaly: until this is seen and those who makes this
rules are fired)

Speaking as a user, any application that forces a change in MY screen
resolution and moves MY taskbar, is a poorly designed piece of crap
application. Suggest you rethink you design.
