Content.IE5 subfolder

Is there a way to know in which subfolder of the Content.IE5 folder a
file currently being displayed in internet explorer was saved?

An idea....

Read the registry and find the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Internet
Settings\Cache\Paths\pathX

and take the one where X is the highest and read its value. This should give
you the path the currently viewed should be stored.
