My.Settings

Hello
My custom component (dll project) has a property called ConnectionStrings.
It uses My.Settings to expose connection strings
from windows Forms project which contains the custom component.
Instead, it accesses My.Settings in the custom component propject.
Is there a way around this behavior?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions
