'Screen Reading'

Ben
Hi

From a VB .NET app we need to read the selected item from a datagrid in a
third party application.

Is there any method of almost 'screen reading' the app?

Also it would also be useful to do the same for a dialoge box.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
B
