Is it possible to switch between dual monitors with the keyboard?

Is it possible to switch between dual monitors with the keyboard?

For example, if I am on the left-hand monitor, can I press a keyboard
combination to teleport the mouse cursor to the middle of the
right-hand monitor? And if I am on the right-hand monitor, can I press
a keyboard combination to teleport the mouse cursor to the middle of
the left-hand monitor?

Is this something that can be done in .NET and/or VB?
