Uploading a file and form data with POST

Hi, I am trying to do some automated testing and want to test a web
page that displays a form for the user to fill out. This is a job
application form that allows you to fill out your contact info and then
upload a resume. I want to test if the aspx page is processing
applications correctly by running a VB program that posts to the aspx
program as if the form was submitted to it. I am not quite sure how to
proceed with the file upload for the resume though.. From my
understanding, when you post a file on a web page it gets uploaded to
the browser's memory and then sent with the rest of the data when the
form is submitted? How do you do this programatically??? I have been
messing around with the WebClient class and see that it has an
UploadFile() method, but i want to send a file AND my form data..
anybody know the solution or can point me in the right direction?
Thanks!!
