Maximize/Minimize form without API

Hi all,

Is there an inherent function within a form object to maximize and minimize
it?

Or must we use the API using SendMessage?

I can't seem to see anything from the list.

WindowState = FormWindowState.Maximized / .Minimized / .Normal
