Insert Control inside RichTextBox

I've a RichTextBox and I wish to insert my usercontrol inside of it.
Not just on the Rtbox, but like an image or text.

I've added successfully a picture with the clipboard but I don't know
how to set my usercontrol into the clipboard... and I'm not at all
sure that is a good method...

Any idea, comment, sample Thanks
