remote execute program

hi
how can i remotly execute program . i have 2 computers A and B . on both of
them i have aplication (myap.exe) myap require 2 parameters. First is mypath
, 2 myfile. for example to execute i write : C:\temp\myaps.exe c:\temp
all.exe .. on my computer it works perfectly.

but when i tried to execute this program on computer B it doesnt work. on
computer A i write in command line

\\klio\perflogs\konsoliduj.exe c:\perflogs calosc.csv

-klio is computer name
konsoliduj.exe my app

and i get error like this :
