MAPI Login Failed

I am using the following code to establish a mapi session and start an e-mail.

frmMain.AxMAPISession2.DownLoadMail = False
frmMain.AxMAPISession2.LogonUI = True
frmMain.AxMAPISession2.NewSession = True
frmMain.AxMAPISession2.Action = 1

Now, previously this portion of code worked fine in Outlook 2000, XP (2002)
and 2003. However, recently (i.e. in the last couple of months), clients
running this code on Outlook 2000 display the error "MAPI Login Failed". Any
ideas?
