AssemblyDelaySign in Team Environment

Hi All,

Our product development team size just went up and company has decided that
only top level management must have the whole key. The developers must be
working only with PublicKey and must have the AssemblyDelaySign attribute
set to True.

We are using Visual Studio .NET 2003 (.NET Framework 1.1)

Now, having done this, what happens is every time the developer tries to
unit test the module, VisualStudio generates an error "Strong name
validation failed for assembly".

This will go away if I skip the verification process using "sn -vR"

The problem is our entire code is in Source Safe and it is painful to
everytime having to run the command "sn -vR" on all assemblies.

Is there any automation tool that can be plugged into Visual Studio to
overcome this (so that the compiler does not produce the above error every
time developer tries to unit test)?

Is there an alternate solution to this? What is the best practice for this
in a team development?

Thank You,

Raju Joseph
