You can refer site www.connectionstring.com

I have currently working in vb.net & making project MS Access.

This is connection string for MS Access.

Dim conStr As String = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;User ID=Admin;Data Source=C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.I3BRAINS-3\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\ComReport\DB\INDSEC.mdb;"
' Create connection object
Dim conn As OleDbConnection = New OleDbConnection(conStr)

I think that will help you.
