Looping through a Datagrid

I have a datagrid that is refreshed and I am trying to figure out how
to update the contents of the datagrid, rather then wiping and
reloading it on each refresh.

I know I have to use a for loop but I am not sure of the specific
syntax to access each row.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
