How can I change attribute value via reflection

P: n/a
Someone knows if is possible to change the value of a property
attribute at runtime, via reflection? I'd change the value of
DescriptionAttribute, but I don't know if is possible. If isn't, is
possible add a custome attribute via reflection?
Thanks in advance.
