How do I connect to the user accounts?

I am writing an .asp page to manage user accounts. I currently am
working on an NT domain, and had written a .hta application to do the
same. Now I want to learn asp and I am having a little difficulty
translating some of the code from vbscript to vb. Could anyone help
with this part of the code. TIA, Trevor

strUserName = userNameTB.Text
objDomain = GetObject("WinNT://" & strDomain)
objDomain.Filter = Array("User")

How do I convert this to Visual Basic?
