Write to a File's Comment Field (NTFS)

When you right click a file in Windows Explorer and select Properties you
see a tab named "Summary".
In the Summary tab there are some fields like "Title", "Subject", "Author"
and so on.

How do i write to those fields? I'm writing an app that download files from
the web and it would be nice to write the URL from where a files was
downloaded
to the "Comments" field of the file.
