READING EMAIL DBX FILES WITH VB.NET

I want to read all my email files in a dbx file with header. I dont dont how
to do it with Vb.Net. Does it have a class or reference to do it ? Any
source web site or sample program ?
How can i do it ?

It is not matter. I want to use my local server emails. I have my web server
too. I dont know in detail about dbx file and typical email file extensions.
I want to read some email ? Does anyone have an idea to do it by using the
simpliest way ?
