dockable toolbars

has anyone any info on how to create / use dockable toolbars? all i can find
seems to be C++ and non .NET

I don't know if you can do this with MS .NET controls. We are using
UIStudio from http://www.actiprosoftware.com/Products/DotNet/ which
contains also dockable toolbars. It's very good for the price.
