Access "Dial Up" connection's information?

I'm pushing out a CD with updates for a number of users that do not have
access to a broadband connection. They have a Modem connection and a
standard Dial Up account that I have set up for all of them. Now we have
changed the ISP to get it cheaper and I need to change the telephone number
in all those dial up connections created on the computer.

How can I access and change the telephonenumber from my application that
comes with the CD that they run?

Best Regards/

Since noone else seems to want to share this.. and I found it.

it's saved in the PhoneBookEntries.pbk located in All Users profile... as a
textfile.
