to buy this version?

It's always been good to buy the latest version of Crystal Reports. The
component for .Net usually doesn't depend on the version of .Net
either. With the latest version of Crystal, you have the most versatile
functionality, and your reporting can be the best.

Go with Crystal XI R2, it supports both .Net 1.1 and .Net 2.0 and is a free
upgrade from Crystal XI.
