SLick UIs in VB.Net?

Jim
Can anybody suggest a starting point for me to learn how to develop a slick
interface like TuneUp Utilities
(http://www.flickr.com/photos/16037380@N00/80803270/) in VB.Net?

Thanks for the reply.

The videos that you referenced show how to get a Microsoft Office look and
feel. This is the default (basically) of any UI developed with VS 2005.

I didn't see anything that come close to the UI of TuneUp Utilities. Did I
miss something?

Jim,

It is very simply done, so don't look at the simplicity from this sample.

You can in fact make everything you want with it.

I hope this helps,

The downloaded code does nothing. Is it supposed to do anything?

All I get is a pretty UI with a close button. No other controls are
visible.

To get the full thing you need to download all the code or easier option,
order the DVD (http://www.learn247.net/projects/default.aspx)... hardly
costs anything.
