Recycle bin folder

I have figured out how to send a file to the Recycle Bin using VB.NET.
What I'd like to do is be able to scan the files in the Recycle Bin and
find those that pertain to my app (I have my own unique file
extensions). I want to allow the user to see the files they have
Recycled and restore them back to the application's data directory.
Can't figure out how to list and restore files in the Recycle Bin. Any
clues? TIA... Steve
