Passing Data to Connected Socket using PORTID

Hi!

I hav developed an application which listens to sockets asynchronous
using the MSDN sample, my application receives data from client and
processes them this process is synchronous whlie the listneing to
client is asynchronous tha's been handled by the server as the
listening process is async the port id of clients connected always
varies for that I retrive the PORTID while client sends the message to
server (This is been implemented in the listner which takes the PORTID
with the Message it gets from the client) to process to which it's
connected, what i want to do now is i have the portid and the
connection is left open i want to send messages to that port id using a
diffrent application after sometime how can that be done.
Regards
Altaf
