How to show PDF's cover Image?

Hello.
Im new to vs.net , using vb.net .i m learning by doing a small project.
I have many ebooks in PDF format . Im creating a liberary to display all my
pdf books in organized fashion regardless of where they are stored with
other information added to DB. but one thing that i m not able to figure is
how to display PDF's Cover image ?
I was wondring if any one knows how to access pdf cover image or if there is
any way to access any section of pdf ?
