Signing ClickOnce Manifest

I am trying to deploy an application using ClickOnce. Everything is working
fine except one thing. During the initial install the user is prompted to
install the application from an "unknown publisher".

My assumption is that this happens because I've signed my ClickOnce manifest
with a temporary key, thus causing the client to not trust the application.

Since we use Active Directory (2003), I would think that I could get a
certificate from our Certificate Authority that I could use to sign the
manifest and have it trusted by all the computers on our domain. (This
application is totally internal.)However, I am not an Active Directory expert
so I don't even know what to ask our SysAdmins for.

Any help getting me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thanks.
