Completely take over screen.

My app needs to be able to take over the screen completely - no menu, no
task bar, nothing. How does one do this?

What are you attempting to accomplish by "taking over the screen completely"?

My program acts like a Kiosk so the only thing we want to display is our own
information - no window's information.
