vb.net accessing PDF via adobe sdk

I realize this fits mostly in the adobe group, but I'm afraid there's
not enough eyes seeing it thus no resolution and I'm getting absolutely
nowhere.

I have this code:

Dim avDoc As New Acrobat.AcroAVDoc
Dim avPV As Acrobat.AcroAVPageView

avDoc.Open("c:\CrystalReports\si_rpt_get_holder_bi rthdays.pdf", "")

If avDoc.FindText("Account:", 0, 0, 0) = True Then
Try
avPV = avDoc.GetAVPageView
ix = avPV.GetPageNum 'Gets page number where 'FindText' is
located
Catch Ex as Exceptions
Debug.WriteLine ex.message
End Try
End-If

If the 'FindText' successfully finds "Account:", does anyone know how
to examine the characters immediately following "Account:". For
example, the string "Account: 123456789", I would like to be able to
retrieve the 123456789.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
