cards.dll

hi, i was wondering if anyone knows how to utilize the cards.dll and take the
information and use it in vb8....ive researched it alot of google and
different websites but each tutorial didnt explain the code very well or say
if the card drawn could be put into a picture box or such. if anyone can help
me with this itd be great.
