windows user and right as application logon

Hi,.

I would like to know what is the technique to make my application uses
the Windows Logon (user name and password) and user right (admin, guest
,...) to log on my application.

for example, when my application starts, i want to display a logon window.

this window will allows user to select between windows profil and my
application.

user will enter login name and password. based on this, application will
check what is the right on local machine of user and automatically setup
applications.

how can i do this ?

Much nicer is not to use a login screen of all, however to use the inbuild

IsInRole functions.
