Use Visual Studio General Development in VS2005

If you use VS2005 unless you want stuff to be moved around or hard to find
do not use VB developer... they hide so much from you and make it harder to
find... I'd suggest using the Visual Studio general development user setting
scheme. Everything is there and it doesn't hide anything from you

ACK. The Visual Basic preferences are specialized for those who come from
VB6 and want to start quickly with VB.NET.
