Adding fields in SQL database

I have Access databases located on several offices.
Ever day or once a week they need to add records from a table to a
sql-database on the internet.
I am not sure how to do this upload.
1. I can make a file uplaod and then make an import routine on the
sql-server
2. Add the fields directly into the sql-database.
Any suggestions?

See if you can use the Replication services of SQL Server:
