Toolbar Height seems wrong

[Jack Russell]

If I resize my form so that the toolbar goes to two lines the height
seems to increase by more than twice so I end up with a blank space
under it.

Any ideas?

Place a panel control with 'Dock' set to 'Fill' below the toolbar. Then you
can add the other controls to the panel instead of adding them to the form.
If the toolbar wraps the panel will be resized accordingly.
