Outlook VB errors

Hey all,
I'm trying to learn how to use the Outlook com object in VB.NET apps.
I've followed the simple instructions at this link

to a tee and still no dice. The error is being generated here on line 2:
Imports Outlook = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook

The error is:
"Namespace or type 'Outlook' for the Imports
'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook' cannot be found."

What gives? I've included the references the webpage specifies... Any
ideas?
