Bi-directional RTF<->HTML conversion in .Net?

Looking for a component or source code for converting between rtf and
html. NOT a report generator with rtf/html output, but one I can use
to, say, load a bunch of html files and save them as rtf or the other
way around (i.e. without displaying an interface to the user).

Would prefer not having to automate Word or having to use COM objects.
Or running command-line utilities as external processes.

Anything out there? Found "ActiveRTF" from Active Up Components, but
surely they are not the only game in town?
