Cannot Find script engine "VBscript"

P: n/a
I get this error when I log on to a computer that runs a *.vbs script to map
drives etc.
Any Ideas?

And obvious answer, but... Is Windows Script (properly) installed?

Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000
