Registering components on remote machines?

I am developing a small application for my company to deploy updates to some
custom software. Occassionally this requires additional or updated dll's to
be installed on the target workstations, the app will always be run by the
domain admin, and will distribute the updated dll's via the ADMIN$ system
share to the local workstations, which is fine, but how do I register or
unregister dll's remotely?

Is it possible for me to unregister any existing components and register the
new ones on the workstations remotely via VB.NET, given the app will be run
by the domain admin, without having to have a small app running on each
workstation to catch these request?

Any advise appreciated!
