Problem using CodeComment Report

I am using VBCommenter to add comments to my code.
When I see the html report in the browser, it does not show description
or summary of any subs or methods. I also want to see description of
each input parameter in subs.
For eg:

''' This is sumary info
''' </summary>
''' <param name="objExtranetUser">Object of Type Extranter
User</param>
''' <param name="strOriginalSubject">Original Email Subject</param>
''' <remarks> This is remarks
''' </remarks>

''' </history>

I cannot see description "Object of Type Extranter User" of parameter
"objExtranetUser".
