Tooltip Bug with Dropdown Menus

Hello everyone, I was having a strange issue with tooltips on a
dropdown menu, Im using VB.NET 2005 Express Beta 2, I have a friend who
has the C# IDE and had the exact same problem.

Anywho, I have a menu on a form, and when I click the menu to drop down
the options, I can hover over an option and I have set the ToolTipText
property in my properties window for each object in the dropdown menu.

The tooltips for some odd reason appear behind the menu, see this
screenshot:

Any reasons why this is happening? Any way to fix it?
