Fax Broadcasting

Hi,

We send so many faxes every day. So the best thing is to write
something which can automate this process.

There are services who charge like 6 or 7 cents per page and can send
thousands of fax in minutes. I wonder how do they do it? I would like
to write a fax tool which can send multiple faxes (same fax to several
different numbers). Also, is it even possible to send fax thru
internet connection (instead of modem and phone line)?

Any pointers in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

well we wrote once a licensing program that neeeded to validate user input
through the web and as reply sends an e-mail and a fax gto the customer with
there license key to activate there program
this program sends +- 100 faxes a day to various numbers throughout europe
( in some peak periods it sends a few hundred a day )

we did not wrote fax part ourself we used Symantex Winfax pro wich has a
verry good documentation of there interface to external programs

we just created some templates , we can modify the vars on these templates
then point winfax to the template wich makes a fax file from it and sends it
to the desired number

regrds
