connection to SQL web.config code errror

I recieve an error when i try to connect to my SQL server using this code in
Visual Basic.net, the line is located in web.config

Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file
required to service this request. Please review the specific error details
below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not create Windows user token from the
credentials specified in the config file. Error from the operating system
'Unspecified error '

Source Error:
<system.web>

\<identity impersonate="true" Username = " xx.Domain.com\Username "
password="password " />

I think i have my sql name wrong but i'm not sure how to check what my SQL
name is that i have to use to connect to the SQL server.

Please advice.
