Question about Windows Service

P: n/a
Hi

I am on the way to program a Windows Service. Now I like to make my service
perform a check each 5 minutes.

Is there something special I can do? Should I use a timer with event handler
or is there something available from the service itself to perform the check
each 5 minutes?

Thanks for the help

I think timer is the option , window service will not give any timer
event as such.
