Error Message - From COM Class

P: n/a
I receive the following error when instantiating a COM Class built in VB.Net:

Run-time error '-2147217843 (80040e4d)':

No Error information available:
It was instantiated in MS Access (Office 2002) using the following code:
Dim myClass as myCOMClass1
Set myClass = New myCOMClass1
Other information:

The instantiation worked fined when only one COM Class was in the VB Project.
Adding a second COM Class to the project seems to make it act squirrelly.
I use the "Build Solution" command on the "Build" Menu. (Should I be using
the "Rebuild" command or the "Build ClassName" command?)

Any Ideas?

Thanks, Mark
